Everything is in stock, in the UK
Every Kemja Designs piece is held here in Britain. We are not a pre-order shop. When you order, your piece is already on our shelf, folded and ready to go out the same day.
UK delivery
- Standard Tracked, 2–3 working days — free on every order.
- Express Tracked, 1–2 working days — £5.95.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays go out the next working day.
You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands
Same service, same price. Some remote postcodes may take one extra working day.
International delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are elsewhere and you have your heart set on a piece, email hello@kemja.co.uk and we will see what we can arrange.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us with your order number. We will chase the carrier and keep you updated — you will not have to ask twice.
Royal Mail will not accept a lost-parcel claim until 10 working days after dispatch, so that is the point at which we treat a parcel as lost. If it is confirmed lost, you choose: a replacement, or a full refund.
